my little cat sox now buried but not in a box buried deep from the world and me a late night knock at my door my little cat on the floor not what i expected to see
youd been hit by a car probably going to fast you fought for your life then we heard your last gasps then stillness on the ground our beautiful cat not making a sound
I want you so much miss your kisses your touch I will miss your proudness your purrs your playfulness and your furrs Miss all your funny ways the unique way you chased the strays
Miss giving you your food to eat a roast chicken feast or your meaty stick treat your last supper was a salmon scrap then the water that you loved to lap
You were well covered but not fat a really gorgeous and handsome cat Lucky, your sister will miss you more than you know always your friend never your foe, it really wasnt your time to go
In a few weeks time youd be turning one we thought this would be lots of fun Now i remember your pain and sadness in your eyes but will focus more on happy times
so this is a poem to wish you goodbye wiping another tear from my eye my white and black friend my finest pet yet to the most super cat sox that ive ever met
