| How my "Chance" gave me a second chance!!! |

I found Chance or I should say that Chance found me about two and a half years ago. He showed up on my parents front porch and just wouldn't leave, I always loved cats, but couldn't have one because I am allergic to them. I convinced my mom to let him in and told her I'd keep him in my room. When my father got home he made me promise to find him a home and I agreed. So I contacted a shelter and dropped him off, about three days later the lady from the shelter called me begging me to come and get the cat, telling me he was unadoptable, so I did, shortly after realizing that I wasn't alllergic I knew he was special, It's now two and a half years later and I have a husband and a one year old son, and my chance who has always been there for me had grown very ill, today April 27th I put my Chancy down, I know I did the right thing, but I'll miss him greatly he waited until my life was complete and for that I am so very greatful to have had him in my life, even if it was for just a short while.             |
