Lord I lost my best friend today… Didn’t realize you’d be taking him away, I was hoping for yet another bit of time, Somehow I always thought that he’d be fine… It broke my heart to have to say goodbye, I couldn’t bear the thought that he would die… But I guess it’s not a big surprise to you… You wanted him, and so you brought him through… My heart is broken, this can’t be denied, Be near me Lord, you know how hard I’ve cried You sent him here to minister to me… An unsuspecting angel, my kitty… I guess it was the time to send him home… Though in my heart forever he will roam… I miss his loving presence by my side… Yet strangely through this Lord I’m satisfied, ‘Cause in your deep and perfect love for me… You blessed my life… for 16.8 years… With Junie. 4-4-1991 – 12-12-2007 I miss you June.
