 In September of 1996, a tiny kitten, with its eyes just barely opened, found its way to my open garage where my mother was sitting. She wanted to keep the kitten, and immediately named her Kate. They were constant companions until my mother passed away in January of years later. Kate missed her terribly! Kate became my constant companion, until she died in October of 2009. I will never forget her; I miss her more than words can say.
