 I'm so sad mylittle friend is no more.Although seeming well enough, she'd been off her food for a few days, So I took her to the vet yesterday and examination suggested an abnormality of the stomach. I left her there for x-rays, a scan and blood tests and the results weren't good. She had developed a massive tumor stretching the entire length of the stomach and it was going to be pretty much un-treatable. Even with the limited options available, it was thought this would only buy her a couple more weeks during which time, she would deteriorate further. Therefore, I went back to say goodbye and to be with her at the end as she slipped away peacefully. I shall miss my little fur ball, she's been a good friend to me over the years and I can take solace in knowing she had a nice life and was well cared for. Thank you for being my Kat xxxx              |
