My heart is breaking tonight. Yesterday you left me. I'm sorry I wasn't there to be with you when you passed. I know that you aren't suffering anymore. I hope you are up in Heaven running and playing to your heart's content. Thank you for 8 years of happy times. It was destiny that you were homeless and ended up at my friend's doorstep. The first day I met you, you nuzzled up next to me. I knew right then that we were destined to be together. You were a lifesaver to me. I will always remember you greeting me eagerly at the door when I came home. I will remember you cuddling next to me when I was sad. I will remember it all. I hope you knew how much I loved you. I hope you felt well taken care of. Rest in peace my sweet boy. I will never forget you.             |
